I got two desks and two monitors/keyboards and then hooked the same computer up to both monitors.  The first desk is an adjustable height sitting desk - once again I got the ergonomic specialist to adjust it to exactly the right height.  The second desk is adjustable and standing height.  I use this one most of the time as it's much easier on my back than sitting.  I put some foam pads under the desk so that my feet don't get tired and a little box that I can rest one bent leg on when I need to shift my weight.

I have no relationship with the solutions I describe and created this site purely to inspire others to go take control of their own back care and to provide some ideas of treatments to discuss with your doctor. If you find this website useful, please add a link to it from your website or blog.
